Refurbished Laptop Request Form
Fostering Success Act, Inc. is pleased to offer FREE refurbished laptops to eligible FSA young adults. Please complete and submit the form below to request a laptop. FSA will make every effort to ship the laptop via FedEx for delivery within 2-3 days. The requestor and the youth will be added to FedEx notifications for tracking purposes.
Laptops may be shipped to the foster organization for pick-up by the student or to be distributed by the life coach or FSA can ship directly to the youth.

NOTE: Laptops are not designed for gaming. Downloading games may cause the computer to shut down and not function properly. Please avoid using for gaming purposes.
Georgia tax filers can apply to receive 100 percent tax credit for donations made to qualified foster support organizations.
