By making a contribution to Fostering Success Act, you are agreeing that if a Georgia Department of Revenue approval is obtained, your contribution will be linked to your tax credit application paperwork and will be considered as paid in full for the intended contribution amount. Your payment will not be processed until we have received your DOR approval.
Data will only be stored as long as needed to fulfill legitimate business purposes, ensure effective administration and management of the services, comply with applicable laws and regulations, prevent, detect or investigate unauthorized use of our systems and to ensure we comply with law and our policies.
