Meet Jake, a resilient young man who entered foster care at 17 and never gave up on his dream of earning a college degree. With the support of his foster dad and the Fostering Success Act, Jake found stability, purpose, and a path forward. Now, he’s graduating from Kennesaw State University with plans to launch his own nonprofit and give back to others.
